Project: Moffitt Ford Lincoln Mercury
The exterior required lot lighting, flag pole lighting, building lighting, and signage. The interior is broken down into three separate areas.
First is the showroom with its 4′ by 4′ fluorescent parabolic troffers, metal halide recessed lights, low voltage cable track lighting, and low voltage “ring” fixture which illuminates the reception desk.
The second area is the body shop. This area is lit with pulse start metal halide fixtures. It also included the wiring of a Garmat Spray Booth.
The third is the service and parts area. This area is lit with pulse start metal halide fixtures and fluorescent industrial fixtures. All of the powered service equipment is located here. There are fourteen two- and four-post hoists, one alignment machine, and one rotary machine, as well as air compressors, a vehicle power washer, and central vacuum system.
The wiring of the mechanical equipment consisted of heating systems, exhaust systems, and a make-up air system. The building has a Square D 800 amp three phase four wire 277/480V main service and distribution system with eight sub panels.
